We're back!

The critically acclaimed Regenerations Doctor Who convention returns, and once again it's planned to be very special!

The date: 23rd and 24th September, 2023.
The place: The Village Hotel, Swansea.

Tickets are limited to 200 only! The Village Hotel has large public areas and the convention will take place on the first floor of the hotel so admission is by registration only - to meet and socialise with the stars you must have a registration number. More information on the venue is on the right.

Prices
Registration fees are: £145 per adult and £110 per child (under 14) for the weekend. Day registrations are also available for either the Saturday or Sunday at £110 per adult and £85 per child. Please note, hotel rooms at The Village are are not available to book until October 2022, and only available to book after you have registered for the convention.

This event is designed to have a smaller amount of attendees to make it more intimate and enjoyable with plenty of guests from Doctor Who to entertain you. The usual photo and autograph studios will be there as well as a dealers room.

Registration includes one free autograph from each guest (excluding sponsored guests). The photo studio charges £20 per photograph - this is a flat rate regardless of how many guests are in the photo. The photo studio will be featuring a replica Hartnell Tardis console.

Bookings are being accepted now. Book early to avoid disappointment.

The Venue

Regenerations 2023 takes place at the Village Hotel, Swansea, 23-24 September 2023.

The hotel is ideally located 1 mile from the city centre (just off Fabian Way the main route into Swansea on the SA1 Waterfront), and is easily accessible from junction 42 of the M4. Bedrooms are air conditioned, and have ipod docking stations and free WiFi.

There is a choice of 3 stylish eateries serving seasonal fresh food including the Victory pub & kitchen, Verve Bar & Grill and Vibe Café. There is a state of the art health & leisure club with 25m pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool spa and gymnasium.

Regenerations 2023 will be held on the 1st floor of the hotel - there is a lift to all floors and rooms/facilities for disabled guests.

Please note: you can only book rooms at the convention hotel after have registered for Regenerations 2023, and accommodation cannot be booked until October 2022.

To get there by road, leave the M4 motorway at J42, and follow the road signposted for Swansea (A483). The Hotel is located approximately 2 miles on left hand side on Fabian Way as approaching the City Centre. Parking: 350 spaces. Nearest rail: Swansea Central Station 2 miles. Nearest Airport: Cardiff International Airport 30 miles.
